We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and we were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. The staff here were incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The condition of the rooms was great, and we were particularly pleased with the excellent internet connection – it was the best we've experienced in all our travels. The hotel also had a dedicated ironing room, equipped with top-notch irons, boards, and even water sprayers. It was a great convenience.

The location was very far from the center, it actually was far from the nearest metro station but the hotel provided us with a shuttle bus service that was very convenient.

Staff seemed to be very tired or lazy because despite the hotel was half empty Staff at the restaurant was also lazy and didn't pay attention to the details, like serving the tea on time or forgetting the lemon over and over. In fact we had to ask them a few times to do their job, and taking into account that we were the only people there. Besides, two evenings the restaurant was occupied with some wedding celebrations and we couldn't make use of it. On the first ocassion we weren't informed that a separated room was available so we had to had our dinner at the bar. On another ocassion we entered the bar and my partner got heavily abused by some rude old lady and none of the bar workers did anything to stop her.

Location far from metro and center.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for visiting the nearby exhibition center. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, providing a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The Breakfast was good.Everyday something new.The reception staff were kind and helpful.The hotel provide a shuttle every hour to go to the metro.

The wifi is not good at all,very weak and slow.I Was not been able to work properly with my notebook as the connection was very bad everyday.The concierge does not help client to carry their suitcases when coming and leaving the hotel.If you miss the shuttle the price for a hotel taxi to the metro is 400 Rouble for 5 min drive which is very expensive.The normal price is 150 Roubles.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service that took us to a nearby metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The availability of high-speed WIFI in both the rooms and public spaces was a great plus, allowing us to stay connected and stream movies and music. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the main attractions of the city, making travel time longer and some areas less accessible. The fitness center was small and outdated, with limited equipment.

The hotel is located on the western outskirts of the city and has a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station, but it only runs hourly. the surroundings are quiet, with no options for restaurants or entertainment. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are immaculate. the internet service is free, available in both cable and wifi, and works well in all areas of the hotel. the hotel also offers free access to a printing facility.

The restaurant service and food quality are not up to par.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the main attractions. the free Wi-Fi was an added bonus.
